Our Programs

Terrific Toddlers

Terrific two is really a stage constantly in transition from toddler to preschooler. This program is designed to promote a positive self-image, independence, and self-responsibility. Our curriculum helps toddlers develop language, cognitive skills, logical thinking, perceptual growth, self-conscious and complex emotions, and small motor skills. In our prepared environments, our students begin to develop an awareness of self, others, and the natural environment. Our classrooms are managed in such a way that is conducive to positive social growth. To develop an appreciation for the arts, our students learn hands-on through dance, music, art, and movement. Our teachers encourage creativity, prompt the development of various learning skills, and an interest and enjoyment in the printed word. Our Toddler program gets children ready for preschool by getting children used to the rules and routines of school.

Playful Preschoolers

The goal of this program is to lay a strong, stable foundation needed for kindergarten. Some of the skills we aim to build are:

All of these concepts are taught in a preplanned, systematic way. We are always taking education to the next level. When a child does well at a skill, we look for ways to expand upon it. Through extensive assessment and individual one-on-one, we can determine what skills your child has, and we can build upon them.

Pre-Kindergarten

This program is designed for the advanced preschooler who is ready for more of a teacher-directed, sit-down, table/paperwork environment. There is a concentration on phonics, beginning reading, writing, and mathematics.

Lower Elementary (K-1, K-2, 1st Grade)

Our elementary classrooms have a very low student-to-teacher ratio. When working with smaller groups, children get more one-on-one individual attention, and less transition time is needed. All this equates to more actual learning time and allows for better classroom management. Our classes have 33-50% more class time than our other programs. We can go into greater in-depth studies and children are exposed to the learning environment longer, which means more experiences and opportunity to learn. Our multi-level class is constantly stimulating, challenging, and taking education to the next level. Some of the areas of competence our curriculum concentrates in are:
